Year 2, Day 22: 19 November 2013

The work continues, and the crew is making steady progress.
The retaining wall south of the substation.
Tarps cover the parapet on the southern end of the structure;
this section is much lower than the rest of the building.

The tarps and gang forms are coming off, revealing the concrete walls
of the upper levels of the substation. This picture shows how much lower the
south end of the structure (left) is.
