Day 269: 24 July 2013, Morning

The cement pouring has begun!
By 7AM, it was obvious that today was going to be a big day. A much larger crew was on the job this morning, working quickly and purposefully, hammering in the last few wooden supports and forms. Then the cement truck arrived, slowly backing its way down the narrow passageway (they should use this site as a driving test: it's got to be a huge challenge to negotiate such a confined space). And then the fun began. The last of these pictures was taken before 9:30AM, so you can see how quickly things are moving along.
