This substation is going to be as strong as a fortress! Rebar crisscrosses what will eventually be the second floor, just waiting for a layer of concrete. That will have to wait until next weekend because of the bad weather in tomorrow's forecast and the logistics of working right next to a busy L line. The upside of this delay is that yours truly intends to enjoy a quiet Saturday and the crew will enjoy a real weekend for the first time in a few weeks.
